What to Send with a Wholesale E-Bike Quote

There is no public price list on this site. Every kit, motor, controller and case is quoted. A complete inquiry is usually one email instead of four. These are the fields that change the model and the price. We do not publish a minimum order quantity here; tell us the quantity you actually want and we will say whether we can supply it.

The bicycle, if it already exists

  • Wheel size and tire width, especially if it is a fat tire.
  • Front or rear motor, and the dropout width in millimetres.
  • Brake: V-brake, roller or disc.
  • Rear wheel: threaded freewheel (how many speeds) or cassette.
  • Bottom bracket, if you want a mid-drive: shell width and whether it is a standard threaded bracket.

Photos of the dropouts and the bottom bracket save a week. A model name of the donor bike helps, but the millimetres matter more.

The electrical system

Voltage must be one number across motor, controller and battery. If you already stock 48V packs, say so. If you need the battery inside the kit, say whether it is required or optional. Our hub kits can be quoted with or without a pack.

Controller shape matters when the frame cavity is fixed: rectangular box, or a round housing that drops into a tube. Link the closest page from controllers if you have a footprint in mind.

The commercial line

  • Model or the closest page on this site, for example a geared 500W hub kit.
  • Quantity, and whether the first shipment is a sample.
  • Destination country, and any power or speed cap the tender requires.
  • When you need the goods, and the port or address.

Send that through the contact form. The product name is carried into the message if you start from a product page. We answer with a model confirmation, not with a guess.
