The HD-E350 is Tektro’s OE hydraulic disc brake for city and trekking e-bikes. It is an open system with a two-piston forged-aluminium caliper and a low-noise resin pad.
The cast-aluminium lever has a three-finger blade, reach adjustment and a two-piece clamp, so it can be fitted without removing grips. A cut-off sensor in the lever tells the controller to stop the motor when the brake is pulled; Tektro rates it at up to 10W, 200VDC, 0.1 Ω and 0.5A DC.
Tektro designs it for 1.8 mm rotors. Claimed weight is 302 g front and 322 g rear, without rotor, adapter or bolts.
