The SR PA232 and PA242 replace the bottom bracket of a hub-motor bike and measure both pedal force and cadence, so the controller can give torque-proportional assistance instead of on/off PAS.

They use a JIS square-taper spindle in 148 or 160 mm lengths with standard BC1.37” × 24T threaded cups, output 32 signals per crank revolution and come with 150 or 950 mm cables on a G6.4.2 connector.
